See photos and steps below on how to prepare your rifle for return shipping to Weatherby.
Step 1
Open your single rifle box.
Step 2
Insert the bolt into bolt bag. Place it in the Owner Manual ziplock bag and under the “Weatherby” flap.
Position the bolt handle towards the narrow part of the fold.
The bolt handle will prevent the bolt from slipping down the box and hitting the rifle during shipping. Make sure the ziplock end is facing the larger side of the fold.
Step 3
Bolt is in owner’s manual bag under “Weatherby” flap.
Point handle toward the “Y” and the ziplock opening is towards the “W” in the Weatherby logo.
Step 4
Place rifle in box. Lift the script flap and buttstock flap.
Step 5
Close flaps over rifle.
Step 6
Tuck small flaps into their cut-outs. Tape box shut after all flaps have been tucked in.
